Footprints Care Finder Service

Our Medical Centre partners with a Care Finder Service in partnership with Footprints Community.

The Care Finder Service provides free support to help older Australians navigate the aged care system. They can assist with:

• Information about local aged care services
• Setting up a My Aged Care assessment
• Finding services that best meet your needs

Appointments are available every second Tuesday from 1:00pm – 3:00pm.
